1. General information

Ludufy respects your privacy and processes personal data to operate games, interactive experiences, and analysis tools such as Stream Chat. This policy explains what data we process, why we use it, how we share it, and what rights you may exercise.

2. Data we may process

2.1 Account and authentication

• Name, email, profile image, and basic authentication information.
• Google, YouTube, or other authorized integration identifiers.

2.2 Platform usage

• Games created, participations, answers, prizes, and operational history.
• IP address, browser, device, timestamps, and technical logs.
• Anti-fraud, security, rate-limiting, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Approximate location inferred from IP when needed for analytics or security.

2.3 Stream Chat data

• Stream URL, video ID, channel metadata, and content metadata.
• Captured audio or remotely ingested audio.
• Visual snapshots or cropped stream frames.
• Transcripts, OCR or on-screen text, topics, summaries, and keywords.
• Live chat messages, visible author name, timestamps, and relevance classifications.
• Remote worker operational data, statuses, snapshots, and errors.

2.4 Payment and minute balance data

• Purchased package, amount, currency, credited minutes, and remaining balance.
• Checkout identifiers, payment IDs, statuses, chargebacks, and refunds.
• Webhook events, reconciliation metadata, and fraud or risk signals.

2.5 Third-party integration data

If you connect Google or YouTube, we may process information returned by their APIs, including channel information, permissions, memberships, and other data required to provide integration-based features.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account.
• Operate games, prizes, access checks, and interactive experiences.
• Provide Stream Chat, including transcription, topic analysis, chat classification, and operational monitoring.
• Process minute purchases, credit balances, and manage refunds or clawbacks.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
• Audit, debug, monitor, improve, and develop the service.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, or lawful authority requests.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Consent, where required.
• Legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

5. Data you provide about third parties

If you use Stream Chat or other features on third-party streams, chats, or materials, you represent that you have an adequate legal basis to do so and to share that data with Ludufy and its processors. In those cases, you may act as an independent controller with respect to your audience or collaborators.

6. Data sharing

We may share data with service providers and third parties that help us run the platform, such as:

• Google and YouTube, for authorized integrations.
• OpenAI or similar AI providers, for audio, text, or image analysis.
• Mercado Pago or other payment processors, for payments and reconciliation.
• Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Resend, and infrastructure or email providers.
• Advisors, auditors, or authorities where there is a sufficient legal basis.

Ludufy does not sell personal data.

7. Payment data

Full card or payment instrument data is primarily processed by the payment provider. Ludufy generally keeps limited reconciliation information such as payment status, identifiers, amounts, currency, payer email, and webhook records. We do not need to store the full card number to provide the service.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process or host data outside Argentina. Where that occurs, we seek to use reasonable providers and configurations to protect information, subject to the inherent limits of global infrastructure.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss, including encryption in transit, access segregation, logs, privilege controls, and operational reviews.

No system is completely secure. If we detect a relevant incident, we may take operational, security, and communication measures as appropriate.

10. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, audit payments, and defend rights.

• Account data: while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Stream Chat operational data: while useful for service, support, and auditing.
• Payment and reconciliation data: as needed for accounting, fraud, and claims.
• Security logs and events: for reasonable traceability and prevention periods.

11. Your rights

Under Law 25,326 and related regulations, you may request access, rectification, update, and deletion of your personal data, as well as other applicable rights.

• The right of access may be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months.
• Requests for rectification, update, or deletion must be addressed within applicable legal deadlines.
• You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without retroactive effect.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to receive complaints and claims related to personal data protection non-compliance.

12. Google and YouTube

If you connect Google or YouTube services, your use also remains subject to those providers’ policies and terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

13. Children

Ludufy is not intended for minors under 18 for paid or creator-facing features. If we detect improper processing of minors’ data contrary to our rules or applicable law, we may restrict the service and take corrective action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The current version is the one published on this page with its latest update date.
